Corn Fritters
Corn Fritters are my favourite breakfast dish :3
It’s only logical for me to compile a list of cafes selling them. Any with an asterisk are zucchini fritters, the next best thing. Any contributions would be muchly appreciated!

Generalise it.
Persian Love Cake
A recent visit to Storm in a Teacup prompted this, though mine isn't anywhere near as good. I'll let you in on the surprise: its successor is destined to be a thank you present i.e. I need to rename this
This cake does not require use of a rolling pin. It was carelessly dumped onto the table as I rummaged for the electric beaters and decided it wanted its picture taken too.

Notes:
- Use smaller pan.
- Less sugar - sub for almond meal
- Throw extra pistachios in the batter >D
- Come up with a better arrangement for the pistachios
- Don't eat the present.
