Normally I'm not one for ramen, but I stay optimistic and hope one day I'll meet that life-changing bowl - which wasn't this one.
Pictured is a Shoyu based Gyoza Ramen. I thought these dumplings tasted similar to the ones I used to buy from korean grocery stores. They were soggy when served and fell apart as I tried to dig in. Salinity content of the broth was too high for my liking, though on the bright side it wasn't oily.
That said, I feel compelled to revisit and try their Charshu Ramen and/or a bento box because surely I have yet to discover what makes this place stand out from other ramen stores!
